With the launch of Parkmobile’s application customers are now able to conduct their parking transactions via mobile application.

To use the service, customers can register by downloading the application at www.parkmobile.com/us. After setting up the account, customers can immediately start using the system with their registered mobile phone.

The Parkmobile app also enables users to change and add additional license plates to their account. Downloading our mobile application is free, quick and easy to use. Starting a parking transaction takes less than 10 seconds.

VoltDelta OnDemand Solutions is providing the voice recognition and telephony resources for ParkMobile’s ‘cashless’ parking solution in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The first of its kind deployed in North America, this service works to uniquely generate revenue while reducing costs for Michigan’s second largest city by allowing visitors to use their cell phone and credit card instead of pocket change to pay for parking meter use.

Exciting News: Grand Rapids has launched Pay by Phone parking

Last week Parkmobile launched their service in Grand Rapids. Now residents and visitors in Grand Rapids are able to start and stop their parking transactions by mobile phone. By using pay by phone parking service there is no need to carry cash or estimate the needed time at their destination.
